breaking the rules..^_^

Today will be our fourth day-working out. Several rules should be followed according to our instructor..take a look:

  1. Eat before and after working out.<---this never happened, I don't get hungry that easily.
  2. Do not limit your eating. Eat foods with protein, less carbohydrates, blah blah blah.<-----even if I don't, I have less appetite compared with anybody.
  3. Do not stay up late. <-------this is the hardest of them all. :( 
I can't remember the rest :)

Now, I'm wondering, what will happen a month after our workout? 

hmmm?

  1. I recently started a workout routine as well... I'm not unhealthy but I have internet syndrome... staying up late, etc...

    One way I motivate myself is to take a "before" picture in the mirror. I took mine yesterday and can't wait to compare it to myself in 9 months time!
